%0 Journal Article %T 降脂通络胶囊联合他汀类药物治疗高脂血症的Meta分析 %T A Meta-analysis of Jiangzhi Tongluo capsules combined with statins in treatment of hyperlipidemia %A 李元枭,汤有才,李璇璇,殷雪翠 %A LI,Yuan xiao %A TANG,You cai %A LI,Xuan xuan %A et al. %J 中国临床新医学 %J CHINESE JOURNAL OF NEW CLINICAL MEDICINE %@ 1674-3806 %V 11 %N 10 %D 2018 %P 973-978 %K 降脂通络胶囊;他汀类药物;高脂血症 %K Jiangzhi Tongluo capsules;Statins;Hyperlipidemia %X [摘要] 目的 探讨降脂通络胶囊联合他汀类药物治疗高脂血症的疗效,为临床的预防与治疗提供更可靠依据。方法 采用计算机检索中文期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据资源系统(Wanfang Database)、维普数据库(VIP)、PubMed、Embase、Cochrane Library等数据库从建库起到2017-12止的文献。选用Review Manager 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 最终纳入5篇文献进行Meta分析,共计552例。Meta分析结果显示,与单用他汀类药物相比,降脂通络胶囊联合他汀类药物可以明显降低血清中总胆固醇[SMD=-0.42,95%CI(-0.70,0.13),P=0.004]及血清中三酰甘油含量[SMD=-0.40,95%CI(-0.57,0.23),P<0.00001],同时升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇[SMD=0.43,95%CI(0.14,0.72),P=0.004];但不能明显降低低密度脂蛋白胆固醇[SMD=-0.80,95%CI(-1.66,0.07),P=0.07]。结论 相比单用他汀类药物,降脂通络胶囊联合他汀类药物可以显著降低血清中总胆固醇和三酰甘油含量,同时升高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇,上述结论尚需开展更多研究予以验证。 %X [Abstract] Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Jiangzhi Tongluo capsules combined with statins on hyperlipidemia and to provide more reliable evidence for clinical prevention and treatment. Methods Databases such as Chinese Journal Full-text Database(CNKI), Wanfang Database, VIP, PubMed, Embase and Cochrane Library were searched for relevant studies published up to December 2017. Review Manager 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis. Results Finally, 5 articles were included in the Meta-analysis, with a total of 552 cases. Meta-analysis showed that, compared with statins alone, Jiangzhi Tongluo capsules combined with statins significantly reduced the serum total cholesterol [SMD=-0.42,95%CI(-0.70, 0.13), P=0.004], serum triglyceride content [SMD=-0.40, 95%CI(-0.57, 0.23),P<0.00001] and increased high density lipoprotein cholesterol [SMD=0.43, 95%CI(0.14, 0.72), P=0.004], while not significantly reduce low density lipoprotein cholesterol [SMD=-0.80, 95%CI(-1.66, 0.07), P=0.07]. Conclusion Compared with statins alone, Jiangzhi Tongluo capsules combined with statins can significantly reduce serum total cholesterol, triglyceride content and increase high density lipoprotein cholesterol.
