%0 Journal Article %T 广西地区鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤p-ATM和CHK2表达及其临床意义 %T Expressions of p-ATM and CHK2 in nasal nature killer/T-cell lymphoma in Guangxi and their clinical significances %A 莫祥兰,殷 舞,黄永塔,郭文文,温宗华,陈慧玲,叶秋容 %A MO,Xiang lan %A YIN,Wu %A HUANG,Yong ta %A et al. %J 中国临床新医学 %J CHINESE JOURNAL OF NEW CLINICAL MEDICINE %@ 1674-3806 %V 13 %N 4 %D 2020 %P 354-358 %K 鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤;磷酸化共济失调毛细血管扩张突变蛋白;磷酸化检测点激酶2;预后 %K Nasal nature killer/T-cell lymphoma(NKTCL);Phosphorylation ataxia telangiectasia mutated(p-ATM) protein;Checkpoint kinase 2(CHK2) protein;Prognosis %X [摘要] 目的 探讨广西地区鼻NK/T细胞淋巴瘤(NKTCL)组织磷酸化共济失调毛细血管扩张突变(p-ATM)蛋白和磷酸化检测点激酶2(checkpoint kinase 2,CHK2)蛋白表达及其临床意义。方法 收集2010-01~2016-12该院49例鼻NKTCL组织(研究组)及患者的临床资料,另取30例同期鼻咽黏膜良性淋巴样增生(NBLP)组织作为对照组。比较p-ATM蛋白和CHK2蛋白在鼻NKTCL组织和NBLP组织间的表达差异。分析NKTCL组织p-ATM蛋白和CHK2蛋白表达水平与患者临床特征及预后的关联性。结果 研究组p-ATM蛋白高表达者23例(46.94%),低表达者26例(53.06%);CHK2蛋白高表达者24例(48.98%),低表达者25例(51.02%)。对照组p-ATM蛋白和CHK2蛋白均为低表达者,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。鼻NKTCL组织CHK2高表达组临床分期为Ⅰ/Ⅱ期的比例低于CHK2低表达组(P<0.05)。Kaplan-Meier分析结果显示,鼻NKTCL组织p-ATM高表达组的中位生存时间为6个月,p-ATM低表达组中位生存时间为21个月,低表达组生存预后优于高表达组(P=0.011);鼻NKTCL组织CHK2高表达组的中位生存时间为7个月,低表达组中位生存时间为21个月,低表达组生存预后优于高表达组(P=0.025)。鼻NKTCL组织p-ATM蛋白和CHK2蛋白表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 ATM和CHK2蛋白的异常表达在广西地区鼻NKTCL的发生和发展中具有重要作用。检测鼻NKTCL组织p-ATM和CHK2蛋白表达水平有助于评估患者预后。 %X [Abstract] Objective To investigate the expressions of phosphorylation ataxia telangiectasia mutated(p-ATM) protein and checkpoint kinase 2(CHK2) protein in nasal nature killer/T-cell lymphoma(NKTCL) tissues in Guangxi and their clinical significances. Methods The NKTCL tissues of 49 patients(research group) and their clinical data were collected in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2016, and other 30 cases of nasopharyngeal mucosa benign lymphoid proliferation(NBLP) tissues at the same time were taken as control group. The expressions of p-ATM protein and CHK2 protein in nasal NKTCL and NBLP tissues were compared. The correlation between p-ATM protein and CHK2 protein expression levels in NKTCL tissues and clinical characteristics and prognosis of the patients was analyzed. Results  In the research group, there were 23 cases(46.94%) with high expression of p-ATM protein and 26 cases(53.06%) with low expression of p-ATM protein. In the research group, there were 24 cases(48.98%) with high expression of CHK2 protein and 25 cases(51.02%) with low expression of CHK2 protein. In the control group, p-ATM protein and CHK2 protein were low expressed, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). In the nasal NKTCL tissues,the ratio of clinical stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ in the CHK2 high expression group was lower than that in the CHK2 low expression group(P<0.05). Kaplan-Meier analysis showed that the median survival time of the high expression group of p-ATM in the nasal NKTCL tissues was 6 months, and the median survival time of the p-ATM low expression group was 21 months, and the survival prognosis of the low expression group was better than that of the high expression group(P=0.011). The median survival time of CHK2 high expression group in the nasal NKTCL tissues was 7 months, and the median survival time of the low expression group was 21 months, and the survival prognosis of the low expression group was better than that of the high expression group(P=0.025). There was a positive correlation between p-ATM protein expression and CHK2 protein expression in the nasal NKTCL tissues(P<0.05). Conclusion The abnormal expressions of ATM and CHK2 proteins play an important role in the occurrence and development of nasal NKTCL in Guangxi.
