%0 Journal Article %T 体外物理振动排石治疗输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后残石的疗效观察 %T Observation of curative effect of external physical vibration lithecbole on residual stones after flexible ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy %A 朱 伟,何继保,周 翔,胡向农,邹传兵 %A ZHU,Wei %A HE,Ji bao %A ZHOU,Xiang %A et al. %J 中国临床新医学 %J CHINESE JOURNAL OF NEW CLINICAL MEDICINE %@ 1674-3806 %V 13 %N 8 %D 2020 %P 808-811 %K 体外物理振动排石;术后残石;输尿管软镜 %K External physical vibration lithecbole(EPVL);Postoperative residual stones;Flexible ureteroscope %X [摘要] 目的 观察体外物理振动排石治疗输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后残石的临床效果。方法 选取2017-01~2020-01在该院泌尿外科采用输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后留置输尿管支架管伴有明显残石的患者共52例,术后采取体外物理振动排石治疗的28例患者为观察组,术后采取自然排石的24例患者为对照组,比较两组排石效果。结果 观察组和对照组当日见石率分别为100.0%(28/28)和12.5%(3/24),当日排净率分别为67.9%(19/28)和37.5%(9/24),1周排净率分别为85.7%(24/28)和58.3%(14/24),2周排净率分别为96.4%(27/28)和75.0%(18/24),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 体外物理振动排石治疗可有效促进输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术后残石排出,安全可靠,具有临床应用价值。 %X [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical effect of external physical vibration lithecbole(EPVL) on treatment of residual stones after flexible ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy. Methods From January 2017 to January 2020, a total of 52 patients with residual stones due to indwelling ureteral stents after flexible ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy were selected and were divided into observation group and control group according different treatment methods. The observation group(n=28) was treated with EPVL after operation, and the residual stones were removed naturally after operation in the control group(n=24). The stone removal effect was compared between the two groups. Results 100.0%(28/28) of the patients expelled the residual stones on the first day of the treatment in the observation group, and 12.5%(3/24) of the patients expelled the residual stones on the first day of the treatment in the control group. The stone free rate was 67.9%(19/28) in the observation group, and that was 37.5%(9/24) in the control group on the first day of the treatment. The stone free rate was 85.7%(24/28) in the observation group, and that was 58.3%(14/24) in the control group on the first week of the treatment. The stone free rate was 96.4%(27/28) in the observation group, and that was 75.0%(18/24) in the control group on the second week of the treatment. There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion EPVL can effectively promote the removal of residual stones after flexible ureteroscopy holmium laser lithotripsy, which is safe and reliable, and has clinical application value. %R 10.3969/j.issn.1674-3806.2020.08.17 %U http://www.zglcxyxzz.com/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx %1 JIS Version 3.0.0
