%0 Journal Article %T 唾液miRNA-144 miRNA-21联合检测对食管癌的诊断价值 %T Diagnostic value of the combined detection of miRNA-144 and miRNA-21 in saliva for esophageal cancer %A 古佳升,吴伟东,刘清峰,桃卓嫣 %A GU,Jia sheng %A WU,Wei dong %A LIU,Qing feng %A et al. %J 中国临床新医学 %J CHINESE JOURNAL OF NEW CLINICAL MEDICINE %@ 1674-3806 %V 14 %N 6 %D 2021 %P 570-573 %K miRNA-144;miRNA-21;唾液;食管癌;联合检测 %K Micro ribonucleic acid 144(miRNA-144);Micro ribonucleic acid 21(miRNA-21);Saliva;Esophageal cancer;Combined detection %X [摘要] 目的 探讨唾液中miRNA-144、miRNA-21的表达水平及其联合检测对食管癌的诊断价值。方法 选择2015年1月至2019年5月暨南大学附属广州市红十字会医院心胸外科收治的食管癌患者85例(病例组),均经病理活检与免疫组化检查确诊;另选择同期健康志愿者32名(对照组),两组年龄均>60岁。采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测两组唾液的miRNA-144、miRNA-21表达水平,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线法评估两者对食管癌的诊断价值。结果 病例组唾液中miRNA-144、miRNA-21的表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05),且与病理分期具有相关性(P<0.05)。ROC分析结果显示,唾液中miRNA-21诊断食管癌的曲线下面积为0.785,miRNA-144为0.777,具有诊断价值,且联合两个指标进行检测可进一步提高诊断效能(曲线下面积为0.851)。结论 食管癌患者唾液中的miRNA-144、miRNA-21呈高表达,联合两者检测具有应用于食管癌筛查诊断的前景。 %X [Abstract] Objective To explore the expression levels of micro ribonucleic acid 144(miRNA-144) and micro ribonucleic acid 21(miRNA-21) in saliva and their combined detection value for the diagnosis of esophageal cancer. Methods Eighty-five patients with esophageal cancer admitted to the Department of Cardiothoracic Surgery of Guangzhou Red Cross Hospital Affiliated to Jinan University from January 2015 to May 2019 were selected as the case group, all of whom were diagnosed by pathological biopsy and immunohistochemical examination. Thirty-two healthy volunteers were selected as the control group during the same period. The patients in both groups were older than 60 years. Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was used to detect the expression levels of miRNA-144 and miRNA-21 in the saliva of the two groups. The receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve method was used to evaluate the diagnostic value of the two indicators for esophageal cancer. Results The expression levels of miRNA-144 and miRNA-21 in the saliva of the case group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05), and were related to pathological staging(P<0.05). The results of ROC analysis showed that the areas under the curve of miRNA-21 and miRNA-144 in saliva for diagnosing esophageal cancer was 0.785 and 0.777, respectively, which had diagnostic value, and the combined detection of the two indicators could further improve the diagnostic efficiency(the area under the curve was 0.851). Conclusion miRNA-144 and miRNA-21 are highly expressed in the saliva of patients with esophageal cancer, and the combined detection of miRNA-21 and miRNA-144 has a prospect of application in screening and diagnosing esophageal cancer. %R 10.3969/j.issn.1674-3806.2021.06.09 %U http://www.zglcxyxzz.com/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx %1 JIS Version 3.0.0
