产后盆底肌电刺激对哺乳期妇女盆底肌力及卵巢功能的影响

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨产后盆底肌电刺激对哺乳期妇女盆底肌力及卵巢功能的影响。方法 选取该院2013-01~2014-12分娩后的300例哺乳妇女为研究对象,按随机数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组各150例,观察组产后42 d开始给予盆底肌电刺激治疗,对照组给予Kegel运动指导,比较两组干预前后盆底肌力及卵巢功能情况。结果 观察组干预后盆底肌力改善程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组干预后子宫内膜厚度较干预前明显增厚,FSH水平较干预前明显下降,E2水平较干预前明显上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组干预后各项指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组干预前后各项指标差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 产后行盆底肌电刺激治疗,能明显改善盆底肌力,促进卵巢功能恢复,值得临床推广。

The effect of postpartum pelvic floor myoelectricity stimulation on pelvic floor muscle strength and ovarian function in lactating women

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effect of postpartum pelvic floor myoelectricity stimulation on pelvic floor muscle strength and ovarian function in lactating women.Methods Three hundred lactating women were collected in our hospital from January 2013 to December 2014 and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 150 cases in each group. The observation group was given postpartum pelvic floor myoelectricity stimulation treatment, and the control group was given Kegel exercise guidance. The pelvic floor muscle strength and the ovarian function were compared between the two groups before and after the treatment.Results The improvement of the pelvic floor muscle strength in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05). The endometrial thickness was thicker, the level of FSH was lower and the level of E2 was higher in the observation group after the treatment than those before the treatment(P<0.05). The improvements of endometrial thickness, FSH and E2 after the treatment in the observation group were superior obviously to the control group(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the changes of endometrial thickness, FSH and E2 after the treatment compared with those before the treatment in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion Postpartum pelvic floor muscle stimulation can significantly improve the strength of pelvic floor muscles and promote the recovery of ovarian function.
