自噬与结直肠癌相关性的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 结直肠癌(CRC)是最常见的消化道恶性肿瘤之一,其发病机制尚未完全阐明。自噬是真核细胞包括人体细胞内影响新陈代谢、维持内环境稳定的重要途径之一,被发现可能与肿瘤等疾病密切相关。近年来,多项研究均发现自噬与CRC具有相关性,微管相关蛋白轻链3(LC3)、BECN1等自噬相关基因(ATG)可通过调控自噬对CRC的发生发展起到重要作用。另外,自噬对于CRC的治疗可能具有重要的潜在意义。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Colorectal cancer(CRC) is one of the most common gastrointestinal malignant tumors, and the pathogenesis of it has not been fully elucidated. Autophagy is a significant pathway for metabolism and homeostasis in eukaryotic cells including human cells, which is probably correlated with the development and progression of tumors. In recent years, various studies have shown the association between autophagy and CRC. Autophagy related gene(ATG) may play an important role in the pathogenesis of CRC by regulating autophagy. In addition, autophagy may also have potential value for the therapy of CRC.
