| ［摘要］ 结直肠癌是消化道中常见的恶性肿瘤之一，近年来结直肠癌的发病率和死亡率不断增加。如何针对结直肠癌的发病特点制定针对性的诊疗手段，提高疾病治疗预后，是目前迫切需要解决的问题。该文就近年来国内外在结直肠癌临床治疗方案方面的研究和报道作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Colorectal cancer is one of the common malignant tumors in the digestive tract. In recent years, the incidence and mortality of colorectal cancer have been increasing. How to develop targeted treatments for the pathogenesis of colorectal cancer, and how to improve the prognosis of the disease are a problem that needs to be solved urgently. In this paper, we review the clinical treatment of colorectal cancer at home and abroad. |
