“互联网+”高血压健康管理模式试点效果和SWOT分析

[摘要] 目的 试点构建“互联网+”高血压健康管理模式,并分析本管理模式的效果及实施的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战。方法 采用“互联网+”技术对100名社区高血压患者进行管理一个月;运用SOWT析法,对“互联网+”高血压健康管理模式的内部环境(优势、劣势)和外部条件(机遇、挑战)进行系统的分析。结果 经过1个月的“互联网+”健康管理,患者的平均收缩压/舒张压由135.94/81.88 mmHg下降到127.1/78.7 mmHg,血压控制达标率从53.0%提高到74.0%;有89.0%患者认为本管理模式能提高对高血压知识的知晓情况,28.0%患者改善了生活行为(饮食、运动);患者的用药依从性从53.2%提高到92.2%。SWOT分析显示,“互联网+”健康管理在提升高血压患者的依从性、自我管理和健康管理效率方面优势明显;但由于硬件和网络技术的要求,该管理模式难以用于所有高血压患者。我国慢病管理信息化建设的环境为本模式的推进带来机遇,但也为推广本模式带来挑战。结论 “互联网+”高血压健康管理模式试点效果满意,我国应大力发展智能信息化技术,推动“互联网+”在慢性病管理中的应用,提升我国慢性病管理效果。

Effect of internet-based health management on hypertension and SWOT analysis

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To implement the internet-based health management and evaluate its effect on hypertension, and explore the strengthens, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the management using SWOT analysis. Methods 100 patients with hypertension were managed by internet-based technology and the effect was evaluated 1 month after management. SWOT analysis was performed to explore the strengthens, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the management model. Results After one-month intervention, the average blood pressure of the hypertension patients decreased from 135.94/81.88 mmHg to 127.1/78.7 mmHg. The control rate of blood pressure increased from 53.0% to 74.0%. Drug compliance rate increased from 53.2% to 92.2%. SWOT analysis showed that there were obvious advantages for internet-based health management to hypertension. However, it was difficult to manage all the patients with high blood pressure because of the need of the network technology and hardware for the management model. The current status of chronic disease brought opportunities and threats for internet-based health management in China. Conclusion Internet-based health management for hypertension is effective. It′s worthy of further application and promotion to improve the management effect of hypertension in China.
