低剂量与常规剂量对比剂在肺动脉CT成像中的价值探讨

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨低剂量与常规剂量对比剂在肺动脉CT成像中的价值。方法 回顾性分析经该院临床及影像确诊为肺栓塞患者60例,行肺动脉CT血管成像(CTA)扫描,低剂量组30例,对比剂30 ml,常规剂量组30例,对比剂60 ml,分析肺动脉薄层图像,分别测量主肺动脉干、右肺动脉干、左肺动脉干、肺静脉及上腔静脉CT值。结果 60例肺栓塞患者均得到满意图像,两组主肺动脉干、右肺动脉干、左肺动脉干、肺静脉及上腔静脉CT值范围分别填写具体数值,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 低剂量与常规剂量对比剂肺动脉CTA相比,低剂量对比剂图像质量能满足临床及影像要求,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To study the value of contrast agents at low and conventional doses in CT imaging of the pulmonary artery. Methods The image data of 60 patients with pulmonary embolism diagnosed by clinical examinations and medical images in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. CTA scan of pulmonary angiography was performed on 30 patients who were injected with 30 ml of contrast agents(low dose group), and on the other 30 patients who were injected with 60 ml of contrast agents(conventional dose group). Then the thin layer image of the pulmonary angiography was analyzed, and the CT values of the main, the right and the left pulmonary trunks, the pulmonary veins and the superior vena cava were measured respectively. Results The images were satisfactory in all the 60 patients. There were significant differences in the CT values of the main, the right and the left pulmonary trunks, and the pulmonary veins and the superior vena cava between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion In comparison of the contrast agents of low and conventional doses in the CTA scan of pulmonary angiography, the quality of the images at the low dose of contrast agents can meet the clinical and imaging requirements.
