| ［摘要］ 目的 分析脓毒性休克患者血压控制不达标的原因，制定对策，提高血压达标率，改善患者临床预后。方法 运用品管圈工具，通过现状把握、目标设定、解析、对策制定与实施等步骤，提高脓毒性休克患者的血压达标率。结果 实施品管圈后，脓毒性休克患者血压的达标率由61.1%提高到83.0%。结论 运用品管圈工具可明确找出脓毒性休克患者血压控制不达标的原因，解决方法有效，明显提高了血压的达标率，改善了临床监测指标。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the causes that affect the achievement of blood pressure target rate in septic shock patients, and to develop countermeasures to improve the target rate and clinical prognosis. Methods Improving the target rate of blood pressure was done by using the quality control circle tool, including four steps of holding current situation, goal setting, resolution and countermeasures. Results The blood pressure target rate in the patients with septic shock was increased from 61.1% to 83.0 % after the quality control circle was implemented. Conclusion Quality control circle can be used to find out the causes that septic shock pressure control fails to achieve standard. The method effectively raises the target rate of blood pressure and improve the patients′ prognosis. |
