| ［摘要］ 目的 观察腹腔镜手术与经腹手术对卵巢囊肿患者抗抗缪勒氏管激素（AMH）水平及CD4、CD8的影响。方法 选取该院2014-03～2016-01收治的卵巢囊肿患者80例，根据手术方法不同分为观察组和对照组，各40例。观察组实施腹腔镜手术，对照组实施经腹手术。观察并比较两组患者术后AMH水平及CD4、CD8的变化情况。结果 观察组术后AMH水平优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；术后对照组CD4、CD8水平较术前下降明显，显著低于观察组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 卵巢囊肿患者实施腹腔镜卵巢囊肿剔除术对患者卵巢储备功能的影响较经腹手术少，患者术后免疫功能未受到明显影响，手术具有极高的安全性。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the effects of laparoscopic surgery and transabdominal surgery on the levels of anti-mullerian hormone(AMH), cluster of differentiation 4(CD4) and cluster of differentiation 8(CD8) in the patients with ovarian cyst. Methods Eighty patients with ovarian cysts admitted to our hospital from March 2014 to January 2016 were divided into the observation group(receiving laparoscopic surgery, n=40) and the control group(receiving abdominal surgery, n=40) according to the different surgical methods. The levels of AMH, CD4 and CD8 were compared between the two groups. Results The level of AMH in the observation group improved better than that in the control group(P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of CD4 and CD8 in the control group decreased significantly compared with those before treatment, and the levels of CD4 and CD8 were significantly lower than those in the observation group(P<0.05). Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery is safer and has less adverse effects than abdominal surgery on the ovarian reserve function and postoperative immune function in the patients with ovarian cyst. |
