| ［摘要］ 目的 观察腹部小茴香热敷联合抚触在治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的疗效。方法 选取2013-06～2017-06在该院住院并诊断的早产儿喂养不耐受共140例，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，各70例。对照组给予常规方法进行治疗，观察组在对照组基础上配合腹部小茴香热敷联合抚触护理。观察对比两组患儿治疗前、治疗7 d后主要症状分布情况，并进行疗效比较，记录两组呕吐、腹胀、胃潴留消失时间、达全肠内喂养时间、平均住院时间情况。结果 观察组治疗7 d后临床疗效优于对照组（P<0.05），观察组呕吐、腹胀、胃潴留消失时间、达全肠内喂养时间、平均住院时间均短于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 小茴香热敷联合抚触能改善早产儿喂养不耐受临床症状，缩短患儿达全肠内喂养时间、平均住院时间，且安全易操作，值得临床推广。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical effect of hot compress by fennel and abdominal massage on feeding intolerance of premature infants. Methods 140 premature infants with feeding intolerance diagnosed between June 2013 and June 2017 were selected in our hospital, and were randomly divided into the control group and the baby touch group, with 70 cases in each group. The control group received routine therapy and the baby touch group received abdominal massage combined with hot compress by fennel and nursing plus the same treatment as the control group. The main symptoms and the clinical effect, the time of vomiting, abdominal distention, gastric retention disappear and hospitalization, and the total enteral feeding time were compared between the two groups before and 7 days after treatment. Results Compared with those in the control group 7 days after treatment, the clinical effect was better, and the time of vomiting, abdominal distention, gastric retention disappear and hospitalization, and the total enteral feeding time was shorter in the baby touch group(P<0.05). Conclusion Hot compress by fennel and abdominal massage can improve the feeding intolerance of premature infants, and the total enteral feeding time and the hospitalization time. |
