| ［摘要］ 目的 观察解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗C1、C2型桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法 选取该院收治的C1、C2型桡骨远端骨折患者120例，采取分层随机法分成两组，观察组（n=60）采取解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗，对照组（n=60）采取保守治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果 观察组患者患侧腕功能恢复优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Z=-2.794，P=0.005）。两组患者术前VAS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组患者术后VAS评分均低于术前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。观察组患者术后VAS评分均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 解剖锁定钢板内固定治疗C1、C2型桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效显著，较保守治疗更好，可获得优秀的恢复效果，具有较高的临床价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To observe the clinical effect of anatomical locking plate internal fixation on treatment of C1 and C2 types distal radius fractures. Methods 120 cases of C1 and C2 types distal radius fractures in our hospital were selected and were divided into two groups by stratified random method. The observation group(n=60) was treated with anatomical locking plate internal fixation, while the control group(n=60) received conservative treatment. The clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate was 88.33% in the observation group and 75% in the control group. The excellent and good rate of wrist side recovery in the observation group was higher than that in the control group（Z=-2.794, P=0.005）. There were no significant differences in VAS scores between the two groups before operation(P>0.05). The VAS scores in the two groups after operation were significantly lower than those before operation(P<0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Anatomical locking plate internal fixation is effective for the treatment of C1 and C2 types distal radius fractures, and its clinical effect is better than that of the conservative treatment. |
