| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨超声对下肢深静脉血栓前状态的诊断价值以及社区为单位的高血压病下肢静脉血栓前状态综合干预效果。方法 根据300例Ⅱ期高血压病下肢深静脉血栓前状态不同的超声、生化、体征表现分为干预组和对照组(每组分为三级)。按分级的不同对干预组进行社区综合干预防治2年，并观察两组的防治效果。结果 干预组评分及分级降低，效果优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 超声联合血液生化检测相关指标有助于高血压病下肢深静脉血栓前状态的诊断；社区综合干预防治对高血压病下肢深静脉血栓前状态有重要的临床价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical value of community-based comprehensive intervention model for venous prethrombotic state and the value of ultrasound in detecting deep venous prethrombotic state of lower extremities. Methods The ultrasonic, biochemical and physical manifestations of 300 cases of stage Ⅱ hypertension with different prethrombotic states of deep vein of lower extremities were studied. According to DOLL′s random distribution card, they were randomly divided into two groups: intervention group and control group. Each group was divided into 3 grades according to the Comprehensive Prevention and Treatment Table for Venous Lesions of Lower Extremity(CPTTVLLE). The intervention group was treated with community comprehensive intervention for two years. Results The scores of CPTTVLLE and the grades in the intervention group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ultrasound combined with blood biochemical examination is helpful for the diagnosis of deep venous prethrombotic state of lower extremity in hypertension, and community comprehensive intervention has important clinical value in the prevention and treatment of prethrombotic state of lower extremity in hypertension. |
