核心稳定性训练在痉挛型脑偏瘫患儿康复治疗中的应用效果观察

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 观察核心稳定性训练在痉挛型脑偏瘫患儿康复治疗中的应用效果。方法 将2014-05~2017-04该院收治的88例痉挛型脑偏瘫患儿作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各44例。对照组实施常规训练,观察组则实施核心稳定性训练。观察两组治疗前后总体稳定指数(SI)、粗大运动功能变化情况。结果 治疗前两组SI、粗大运动功能评定量表(gross motor function measure,GMFM-66)评分比较,差异统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后观察组SI小于对照组,GMFM-66评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 核心稳定性训练在痉挛型脑偏瘫患儿康复治疗中效果确切,可提升患儿总体运动平衡能力,促进肢体功能恢复,对患儿病情康复作用显著。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To observe the effect of core stability training on rehabilitation of children with spastic hemiplegia. Methods Eighty-eight children with spastic hemiplegia treated in our hospital from May 2014 to April 2017 were selected as the research subjects. They were divided into two groups by random number table method. The control group received routine training, while the observation group implemented the core stability training. The changes of overall stability index(SI) and coarse motor function were observed before and after treatment. Results There were no significant differences in overall SI and scores of gross motor function measure(GMFM-66) between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, SI was smaller and GMFM-66 was higher in the observation group, with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Core stability training is effective in the rehabilitation of children with spastic hemiplegia, which can significantly improve the overall balance of exercise, promote the recovery of limb function and improve the rehabilitation of the children.
