| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨子宫内膜癌组织中多功能蛋白聚糖（Versican）的表达及与临床病理关系。方法 应用免疫组化Envision二步法检测50例子宫内膜癌、40例子宫内膜不典型增生、20例正常子宫内膜组织中Versican表达。结果 Versican在子宫内膜癌、子宫内膜不典型增生阳性率和正常子宫内膜组织阳性率分别为78.0%、57.5%和5.0%。Versican在子宫内膜癌和子宫内膜不典型增生组中的表达均高于正常子宫内膜组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。子宫内膜癌中，Versican与肿瘤分期、肿瘤浸润肌层深度和淋巴结转移相关，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 子宫内膜样腺癌中Versican的高表达可能与肿瘤发生、发展有关。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the expression of Versican in endometrial carcinoma and its clinicopathological correlation. Methods The tissues of 20 patients with normal endometrial endometria, 40 patients with atypical endometrial hyperplasia and 50 patients with endometrial carcinomas were collected. Immunohistochemistrical method(Envision) was used to detect their Versican protein expressions. Results The postive rates of Versican protein in the endometrial carcinomas, atypical endometrial hyperplasia and normal endometrial tissues were 78.0%, 57.5% and 5.0%, respectively. The expressions of Versican protein in the endometrial carcinoma and atypical endometrial hyperplasia tissues were significantly higher than those in the normal endometrial tissues（P<0.05）. In the endometrial carcinomas, the expression of Versican was associated with tumor grade, invasion depth and lymph node metastasis （P<0.05）. Conclusion High expression of Versican may be associated with tumor occurrence and development of endometrial carcinoma. |
