| ［摘要］ 富血小板浓缩物是纤维蛋白凝胶技术衍化而来的新型制剂。最初概念是指在血浆溶液中浓缩血小板及其生长因子，激活形成纤维蛋白凝胶，用于外科手术，促进局部创面愈合。富血小板浓缩物属于自体制剂，制备简单、成本低廉，且避免了过敏、排斥反应及伦理等问题，目前在各个医学领域中得到了广泛的应用。该文就富血小板浓缩物的生物学特征及其不同制剂在皮肤创面愈合中的应用现状作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ The recent development of platelet-rich concentrate(PRC) is an evolution of the fibrin glue technologies used for many years. The initial concept of these autologous preparations is to concentrate platelets and their growth factors in a plasma solution, and to activate it into a fibrin glue on a surgical site, in order to improve local wound healing. Currently, PRC has been widely used in various medical fields owing to its advantages such as being autogenous, easy technique, time and cost effectiveness, and avoiding problems such as allergies, rejection reactions and ethical issues. Hence, the aim of this article is to review the biological properties of PRC and the advancement of different preparations in skin wound healing. |
