中青年和老年胃食管反流病临床特征差异比较分析

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 比较中青年和老年胃食管反流病临床特征的差异。方法 选取2014-03~2017-02该院诊治胃食管反流病患者80例的临床资料行回顾性分析,根据患者年龄分为中青年组47例(年龄<60岁)和老年组33例(年龄≥60岁),比较两组患者症状严重程度及生活质量。结果 中青年组烧心评分高于老年组,反流和胸痛评分低于老年组(P<0.05)。两组情感职能、健康状况、生理职能、社会职能评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 老年胃食管反流病较重,以反流和胸痛为主要临床表现,但不影响患者生活质量。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To compare the clinical features of gastroesophageal reflux disease between young middle-aged and elderly patients. Methods The clinical data of 80 case of gastroesophageal reflux disease selected in our hospital during March 2014 and February 2017 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into the young middle-aged group(n=47, <60 years) and the elderly group(n=33, ≥ 60 years). The severity of the symptoms and the quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of heartburn symptoms in the young middle-aged group were significantly higher than those in the elderly group(P<0.05). The scores of reflux and chest pain symptoms in the young middle-aged group were significantly lower than those in the elderly patients(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in emotional function, health status, physiological function, and social function scores between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The elderly patients have more severe gastroesophageal reflux disease and their clinical features mainly are the symptoms of reflux and chest pain, but their quality of life is not affected.
