| ［摘要］ 剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠是一种特殊的异位妊娠。近年来，随着剖宫产手术数量的不断上升以及二胎政策的实施，其发生率逐年升高。因其临床症状和血清β-HCG无特异性，对该病认识不充分时容易导致误诊而引发严重后果。超声是诊断子宫瘢痕妊娠首选的检查方法，该文就剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕妊娠的超声诊断研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Cesarean scar pregnancy(CSP) is a special ectopic pregnancy. In recent years, with the implementation of two-child policy and an increasing number of cesarean section, the incidence of CSP is increasing. Because of its clinical symptoms and serum beta HCG having no specificity and inadequate knowledge of the disease, CSP is easily misdiagnosed, which causes serious consequences. Ultrasound is a preferred examination for CSP. In this paper, we review the progress of CSP diagnosed by ultrasound. |
