| ［Abstract］ Stroke, characterized by high morbidity and mortality, is the second leading cause of death in the global population and has become the first fatal and disabling disease among Chinese residents. In this paper, the author elaborates from three aspects on promoting the construction of stroke prevention and control system and promoting the implementation of the project to reduce the occurrence of millions of new disabilities. |
