细胞钙与肝纤维化的关系

摘要:
[摘要] 肝纤维化(hepatic fibrosis,HF)是肝硬化的前期病变,各种原因引起的慢性肝病都可以引起肝纤维化。肝星状细胞的持续活化是肝纤维化发生发展的关键环节,参与肝星状细胞活化的通路及机制大部分已得到阐释,但关于钙信号调控参与肝星状细胞的活化及对肝星状细胞胶原表达的影响尚少见报道。该文就当前有关钙信号与肝纤维化的关系进行综述,旨在为肝纤维化的研究提供新的思路。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Hepatic fibrosis(HF) is an early stage of liver cirrhosis and can be caused by various chronic liver diseases. The continuous activation of hepatic stellate cells is the key link in the development of HF. For the most part, the pathway and mechanism involving the activation of hepatic stellate cells have been explained. However, the effects of calcium signal regulation on the activation of hepatic stellate cells and the collagen expression of hepatic stellate cells are still unclear. In this paper, the relationship between calcium signal and HF is reviewed to provide new ideas for the study of HF.
