| ［摘要］ 干眼是临床常见的慢性眼表疾病，近年来其发病率逐年升高，越来越受到人们的重视。随着研究的深入，干眼的定义不断被更新，其分类也在持续进行讨论，但目前国际上尚无统一的干眼分类方法。1995年美国国立眼科研究所提出的干眼定义与分类为干眼的后续研究奠定了基础。国际泪膜与眼表协会分别于2007年及2017年发布第1版干眼专家共识（DEWS Ⅰ）及第2版干眼专家共识（DEWS Ⅱ），有关干眼的各方面研究均取得显著的进展。2013年中华医学会眼科学分会角膜病学组制定了我国首个干眼的临床诊疗专家共识，这对我国的干眼诊疗具有重要的指导意义。该文基于以上4份专家共识围绕干眼的定义与分类的研究现状进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Dry eye is a common chronic eye disease in clinical practice, but it is more and more concerned by people because its incidence has been increasing in recent years. However, there is no globally recognized classification of dry eye at present, although its definition and classification have been updating constantly with in-depth researches. In 1995, the National Eye Institute/Industry Workshop(the USA) proposed the definition and classification of dry eye, which will help to build a foundation for future researches. Later on, Tear Film and Ocular Surface Association(TFOS) issued Dry Eye Workshop Ⅰ(DEWS Ⅰ) and Dry Eye Workshop Ⅱ(DEWS Ⅱ) in 2007 and 2017 respectively, making significant progress in all aspects of dry eye research. In 2013, the first consensus of dry eye was established by the Corneal Disease Group of the Chinese Ophthalmological Society to guide significantly for the diagnosis and treatment of dry eye in China. Based on the above four expert consensus, the authors summarize the research status of the definition and classification of dry eye in this paper. |
