分子影像学在耳鼻喉科相关头颈部恶性肿瘤中的应用现状

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 头颈部恶性肿瘤是临床上较常见的一种疾病。目前临床常用的影像学检查方法主要有超声、CT、MRI等,这些传统的检查方法仅能观察到肿物形态学改变,对于了解其代谢特点、生物学特性存在着一定的局限性。随着分子影像学成像技术的不断发展以及对头颈部恶性肿瘤生物学特性的不断深入研究,正电子发射断层扫描(PET)技术、分子MRI技术和分子超声技术等逐渐得到应用和重视,它们可以从细胞和分子水平观察头颈部恶性肿瘤的代谢变化,从而利于疾病的诊断、分期、治疗和预后评估、随访。该文就分子影像学在头颈部恶性肿瘤的最新应用进展进行综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Head and neck cancers are common diseases. The commonly used imaging examinations include ultrasound, computed tomography(CT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) which are called traditional imaging techniques. These methods can only observe the morphological changes of the tumors, with limitations in understanding the metabolic and biological characteristics of the tumors. With the development of molecular imaging technology and the comprehension of head and neck cancers′ biological characteristics, positron emission tomography(PET), molecular magnetic resonance imaging and molecular ultrasound have been gradually emphasized and applied as practical technologies to diagnose head and neck cancers, for they can show the metabolic changes of head and neck malignancies at the cellular and molecular levels, and help in diagnosis, staging, treatment and prognosis evaluation and follow-up. This article reviews the recent application advancement of molecular imaging in head and neck malignancies.
