| ［摘要］ 目的 观察复合乳酸菌联合四联疗法根除幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的疗效。方法 选取2017-04～2018-06收治的Hp感染阳性的胃窦溃疡患者86例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组43例。对照组给予标准四联疗法，观察组在四联疗法的基础上加用复合乳酸菌。两组疗程均为2周，治疗结束后4周，观察Hp根除率。结果 观察组的Hp根除率与对照组（90.70% vs 86.05%）比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。观察组和对照组发生腹泻分别为2例（4.65%）和8例（18.60%）、腹胀为3例(6.98%)和10例（23.26%），差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；但两组恶心症状的发生情况比较差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 复合乳酸菌联合标准四联疗法虽未能明显提高Hp根除率，但可减轻患者腹泻、腹胀等不良反应，安全性好。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To evaluate the curative effect of compound lactobacillus combined with quadruple therapy on eradication of helicobacter pylori(Hp). Methods Eighty-six patients with anterior gastric sinus ulcers positive Hp infection from April 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research subjects. The patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 43 cases in each group. The control group was treated with quadruple therapy and the observation group was treated with compound lactobacillus plus the same quadruple therapy as the control group. The two groups were treated for 2 weeks, and the Hp eradication rate was observed after 4 weeks of treatment. Results The Hp eradication rate in the observation group was approximately the same as that in the control group(90.70% vs 86.05%), with no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05). There were 2 cases(4.65%) and 8 cases(18.60%) of diarrhea, 3 cases(6.98%) and 10 cases(23.26%) of abdominal distension in the observation group and the control group, respectively, with significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in nausea symptom between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Although the combination of compound lactobacillus and standard quadruple therapy can not significantly improve the eradication rate of Hp, it can reduce the adverse reactions such as diarrhea and abdominal distension, with good safety. |
