| ［摘要］ 近年来脑卒中发病率逐年升高，病死率和致残率较高，其中肌痉挛是脑卒中最常见的并发症之一。肌痉挛处理的好坏直接关系到脑卒中患者的预后，其治疗一直是康复领域研究和关注的焦点，目前临床上治疗脑卒中后肌痉挛的方法有多种，效果各异。该文就近年来临床上对治疗脑卒中后肌痉挛的研究进展进行综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ In recent years, the incidence of stroke increases year by year, with high mortality and morbidity, and convulsion is one of the most common complications of stroke. Clinical management of muscle spasms is directly related to the prognosis of the stroke patients, and the treatment of muscle spasms has been focused in the field of rehabilitation. Currently, there are some treatments for muscle spasms after stroke and their clinical effects are different. In this paper, the advances in treatment of muscle spasms after stroke are reviewed. |
