多梳家族蛋白Bmi-1在妇科肿瘤中作用的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] B细胞特异性莫罗尼鼠科白血病病毒集成位点1(B cell-specific Moloney murine leukemia virus integration site 1,Bmi-1)是抑制性多梳蛋白复合体1(polycomb repressor complex 1,PRC1)成员之一,PRC1通过调控染色质结构来调解静默基因,是正常细胞和肿瘤干细胞自我更新必不可少的基因。该文对Bmi-1在妇科肿瘤中作用的研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] B cell-specific Moloney murine leukemia virus integration site 1(Bmi-1) is a member of the polycomb repressor complex 1(PRC1) that mediates gene silencing by regulating chromatin structure and is indispensable for self-renewal of both normal and cancer stem cells. This paper summarizes the progress of research on polycomb group protein, Bmi-1 in gynecological oncology.
