单侧穿刺骨水泥锚定椎体后凸成形术治疗Kummell病的疗效探讨

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨单侧穿刺骨水泥锚定椎体后凸成形术治疗Kummell病的疗效。方法 选择2016-05~2017-12该院收治的74例Kummell病患者,均实施单侧穿刺骨水泥锚定椎体后凸成形术治疗,观察评价临床疗效。结果 74例患者均顺利完成手术,成功率为100%,手术时间平均为(52.38±5.12)min,骨水泥注入量平均为(5.97±0.51)ml;术后各时点视觉模拟评分(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)、Cobb′s角均低于术前(P<0.05);术后各时点伤椎椎体高度高于术前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随访1年无一例出现骨水泥松动或移位。结论 单侧穿刺骨水泥锚定椎体后凸成形术治疗Kummell病疗效显著,并发症少,安全性高。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of kyphoplasty with unilateral puncture cement anchoring on Kummell′s disease. Methods Seventy-four patients with Kummell′s disease received kyphoplasty with unilateral puncture cement anchoring in our hospital from May 2016 to December 2017, and the clinical effect was observed and evaluated. Results The operations were successfully completed on the 74 patients, with a success rate being 100%. The average operation time was (52.38±5.12)min, and the average amount of bone cement injection was (5.97±0.51)ml. The Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) score, the Oswestry disability index(ODI) and the Cobb′s angle of the injured vertebra every time point after the operation were significantly lower than those before the operation(P<0.05). The height of the injured vertebra every time point after the operation was significantly higher than that before the operation(P<0.05). No loose or displaced bone cement was found during a 1-year follow-up. Conclusion Kyphoplasty with unilateral puncture cement anchoring has significant curative effect, few complications and high safety in treatment of Kummell′s disease.
