| ［摘要］ 继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进（SHPT）是慢性肾脏病透析患者的常见并发症之一。随着透析方式及技术的提高，患者的人均寿命延长，透析期间SHPT的发病率逐渐增加。一部分难治性SHPT患者需要手术治疗。该文将主要介绍SHPT患者甲状旁腺切除术后相关并发症的研究进展。 |

| ［Abstract］ Secondary hyperparathyroidism(SHPT) is one of the common complications of dialysis patients with chronic kidney disease. With the improvement of dialysis methods and techniques, the average life span of the patients is prolonged, and the incidence of SHPT during dialysis is gradually increasing. Some patients with refractory SHPT need surgical treatment. In this paper, we review the postoperative complications related to parathyroidectomy in SHPT patients. |
