| ［摘要］ 获得性免疫缺陷综合征（AIDS）是世界上最严重的公共卫生挑战之一，新发感染者数量的不断增加给我国乃至全球AIDS疫情防控提出了种种考验。扩大人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）筛查的范围能及早发现HIV/AIDS，及时为HIV/AIDS患者提供救助。然而在具体实行过程中，筛查人群的依从性以及大规模筛查带来的社会负担都是很大的难题。该文针对国内外HIV筛查人群的依从性和社会负担两方面进行阐述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS) is one of the most serious public health challenges in the world. The increasing number of newly infected patients poses various challenges to the prevention and control of the AIDS epidemic in China and even the world. Expanding the scope of human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) screening can detect HIV/AIDS as early as possible and provide timely assistance for the HIV/AIDS patients. However, in the process of specific implementation, the compliance of screening population and the social burden brought by mass screening are big problems. This paper elaborates on the compliance and social burden of HIV screening population at home and abroad. |
