中国儿科体外膜肺氧合技术的发展现状

摘要:
[摘要] 中国儿科体外膜肺氧合(ECMO)技术的发展滞后于国外发达国家,也滞后于国内成人ECMO的发展。该文回顾了国内儿科ECMO发展现状,分别介绍了新生儿和儿童ECMO在循环、呼吸支持以及体外心肺复苏救治方面的适应证、禁忌证和临床结局,分析了存在的问题,并对未来工作提出展望,期望进一步推动我国儿科急危重症医学的发展。

Current development of pediatric extracorporeal membrane oxygenation technique in China

Abstract:
[Abstract] The current development of pediatric extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO) technique in China lags behind that in developed countries, and even lags behind the current development of adult ECMO in China. This paper reviews the current development of pediatric ECMO in China, introduces the indications, contraindications and clinical outcomes of neonatal and pediatric ECMO in circulation, respiratory support and extracorporeal cardiopulmonary resuscitation, respectively, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the prospect of future work, hoping to further promote the development of pediatric emergency and critical care medicine in China.
