高尿酸对小鼠阴茎勃起功能及血清睾酮水平的影响

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨高尿酸对小鼠阴茎勃起功能及血清睾酮水平的影响。方法 将34只健康成年雄性小鼠随机分为实验组(17只)和对照组(17只)。实验组给予氧嗪酸钾灌胃构建高尿酸小鼠模型,对照组给予生理盐水灌胃。比较两组小鼠的血清尿酸水平、睾酮水平、阴茎勃起功能及阴茎组织中一氧化氮(NO)含量。观察两组小鼠睾丸组织的间质细胞形态。结果 实验组小鼠的勃起次数少于对照组,且勃起率更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在药物干预30 d后,实验组血清尿酸水平高于对照组,血清睾酮和阴茎组织NO水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。光镜下见实验组小鼠睾丸间质细胞体积缩小,核固缩,染色质浓集、深染,胞内脂质含量减少。Pearson相关性分析结果显示,两组小鼠终末血清尿酸水平与睾酮、勃起功能(勃起次数)呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论 高尿酸小鼠阴茎勃起功能降低,其机制可能与高尿酸抑制阴茎海绵体中NO的含量及血清睾酮水平的降低有关。高尿酸小鼠血清睾酮水平减低,可能与睾丸间质细胞结构和功能损伤相关。

Effects of hyperuricemia on erectile function and serum testosterone level in mice

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To explore the effects of hyperuricemia on erectile function and serum testosterone level in mice. Methods Thirty-four healthy adult male mice were randomly divided into experimental group(n=17) and control group(n=17). The experimental group was given oteracil potassium by gavage to construct a mouse model of hyperuricemia, and the control group was given normal saline by gavage. The serum uric acid level, testosterone level, erectile function of the penis and the content of nitric oxide(NO) in penile tissues were compared between the two groups. The morphology of interstitial cells in the testis tissues was observed in the mice of the two groups. Results The number of erection in the experimental group was less than that in the control group, and the erection rate in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). After 30 days of drug intervention, the level of serum uric acid in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group, and the levels of serum testosterone and NO in penile tissues in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05). Under the light microscope, the interstitial cells in the testis tissues of the experimental group were reduced in volume, and nucleus pyknosis, condensed chromatin, deep staining, and decreased intracellular lipid content were observed in the experimental group. The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that the final serum uric acid levels of the mice in the two groups were significantly negatively correlated with testosterone level and erectile function(the number of erection)(P<0.05). Conclusion The mechanism of penile erectile dysfunction in hyperuricemia mice may be related to the inhibition of NO content in penile corpus cavernosum by high uric acid and the decrease of serum testosterone level. The decrease of serum testosterone level in hyperuricemia mice may be related to the damage of Leydig cell structure and function.
