[摘要] Toll样受体(TLRs)能够识别多种类型的病原相关分子模式,其介导的信号转导在炎症反应中起到重要作用。1型糖尿病(T1DM)由胰岛β细胞的自身免疫破坏引起,越来越多的研究观察到T1DM中TLRs的变化,异常的TLRs信号转导途径改变免疫稳态及胰腺病理损伤,导致自身免疫反应。该文就TLRs的结构、信号转导途径及其与T1DM的关系作一综述。 |

[Abstract] Toll-like receptors(TLRs) can recognize many types of pathogen-related molecular patterns, and their mediated signal transductions play an important role in inflammatory response. Type 1 diabetes mellitus(T1DM) is caused by the autoimmune destruction of islet β cells. More and more studies have been observed that the changes of TLRs in T1DM. Abnormal TLRs signal transduction pathways change immune homeostasis and cause pathological damage of the pancreas, leading to autoimmune response. In this paper, the structure and signal transduction pathways of TLRs and their relationships with T1DM are reviewed. |
