[摘要] 非编码RNAs(ncRNAs)在人体正常生理过程及疾病中都发挥着重要作用,已被证明参与调节各种炎症性疾病,可作为疾病诊断和预后的生物标志物。痛风是一种常见的炎症性关节病。该文综述了目前ncRNAs在痛风中的研究进展,miRNAs和长链非编码RNAs(lncRNAs)通过多种途径发挥调节痛风发病机制的作用。靶向ncRNAs可能是治疗痛风的一种有效策略。 |

[Abstract] Non-coding ribonucleic acids(ncRNAs) play an important role in human normal physiological processes and diseases. ncRNAs have been proved to be involved in the regulation of various inflammatory diseases and can be used as biomarkers for disease diagnosis and prognosis. Gout is a common inflammatory joint disease. In this paper, the current research progress of ncRNAs in gout is reviewed. Micro ribonucleic acids(miRNAs) and long non-coding ribonucleic acids(lncRNAs) may play a role in regulating the pathogenesis of gout through a variety of pathways. Targeting ncRNAs may be an effective strategy for the treatment of gout. |
