| ［摘要］ 目的 分析临床药师通过参与泌尿外科抗感染药学会诊情况，为参与其他感染性疾病治疗与预防提供经验。方法 回顾性分析2018年1月至2020年12月临床药师参与泌尿外科的105例患者共计144例次临床药学会诊情况，统计会诊类型、感染灶分布、抗感染方案制定与调整、临床采纳与效果评价，评价临床药师参与会诊泌尿系感染的治疗效果。结果 144例次会诊中，临床药师抗感染方案制定与调整33例次（22.92%），特殊级别抗菌药物审批87例次（60.42%），抗感染药物使用指导24例次（16.67%）。临床药学会诊临床采纳率为95.83%，有效率为97.83%。结论 临床药师参与泌尿外科抗感染治疗会诊，可以从药学角度探讨泌尿外科抗菌药物使用的合理性，提高抗感染治疗的效果。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the situation of clinical pharmacists participating in the pharmaceutical consultations of anti-infection in Department of Urology, and to provide experience for the treatment and prevention of other infectious diseases. Methods A total of 144 clinical pharmaceutical consultations of 105 urological patients participated by clinical pharmacists from January 2018 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The type of consultations, the distribution of infection foci, the formulation and adjustment of anti-infection schemes, the clinical adoption and effect evaluation were counted to evaluate the therapeutic effect of clinical pharmacists participating in the consultation of urinary tract infection. Results Among the 144 consultations, clinical pharmacists made and adjusted anti-infection schemes in 33 cases(22.92%), and special-class antimicrobial agents approval in 87 cases(60.42%). The guidance on use of anti-infective drugs was completed in 24 cases(16.67%). The clinical adoption rate of clinical pharmaceutical consultations was 95.83%, and the effective rate was 97.83%. Conclusion The participation of clinical pharmacists in urological anti-infective treatment consultations can explore the rationality of the use of anti-bacterial drugs in urological surgery from the perspective of pharmacy, and improve the effectiveness of anti-infective treatment. |
