麻醉意识指数在临床麻醉深度监测中的研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 麻醉深度监测是临床麻醉中重点关注的问题之一。良好的麻醉深度监测有助于稳定术中血流动力学,减少麻醉药用量,缩短术后苏醒时间,降低术中不良反应和术后并发症的发生率。近年来,随着科学技术的进步,各种麻醉深度监测方法广泛应用于临床麻醉,如脑电双频指数、听觉诱发电位、Narcotrend指数、熵指数、意识指数和麻醉意识指数(Ai)等,其中Ai是我国自主研发的一种新的麻醉深度监测指标。该文对Ai在临床麻醉深度监测中的研究进展进行综述,为今后Ai在临床麻醉中的应用提供依据。

Research progress of anesthesia consciousness index in clinical depth of anesthesia monitoring

Abstract:
[Abstract] Depth of anesthesia(DOA) monitoring is one of the key concerns in clinical anesthesia. Good DOA monitoring is helpful to stabilize intraoperative hemodynamics, reduce anesthetic dosage, shorten postoperative recovery time, and reduce the incidence of intraoperative adverse reactions and postoperative complications. In recent years, with the progress of science and technology, various DOA monitoring methods have been widely used in clinical anesthesia, such as bispectral index(BIS), auditory evoked potentials, Narcotrend index, entropy index, index of consciousness and anesthesia consciousness index(Ai), among which Ai is a new DOA monitoring indicator independently developed in China. This paper reviews the research progress of Ai in clinical depth of anesthesia monitoring, providing evidence for the future application of Ai in clinical anesthesia.
