| ［Abstract］ Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS) is a common critical disease in clinic. NLRP3 inflammasome is an important component of innate immune response and participates in the inflammatory process. This paper reviews the role of NLRP3 inflammasome in the occurrence and development of ARDS. |
