心力衰竭急性失代偿期患者血清HPSE与LOX-1的表达水平及相关性研究

摘要:
[摘要] 目的 探讨心力衰竭急性失代偿期(ADHF)患者规范化治疗前后血清乙酰肝素酶(HPSE)、凝集素样氧化低密度脂蛋白受体-1(LOX-1)、N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)的水平变化情况,并分析三者间的相关性。方法 选取2019年5月至2020年12月内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院心内科收治的ADHF患者50例。于规范治疗前后检测其血清HPSE、LOX-1、NT-proBNP水平,并通过Pearson相关分析或Spearman秩相关分析探究血清HPSE、LOX-1、NT-proBNP三者间的相关性。结果 与治疗前相比,50例ADHF患者治疗后血清NT-proBNP、HPSE、LOX-1水平均降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman秩相关分析结果显示,HPSE、LOX-1水平与NT-proBNP水平均呈显著正相关(rs=0.839,P=0.000;rs=0.902,P=0.000)。Pearson相关分析结果显示,HPSE与LOX-1水平亦呈显著正相关(r=0.761,P=0.000)。结论 HPSE、LOX-1可能参与了心力衰竭的发生、发展过程,其具有评估ADHF患者病情严重程度及预后的应用前景。

A study on expression levels of serum HPSE and LOX-1 in patients with acute decompensated heart failure and their correlation

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To investigate the changes of serum heparanase(HPSE), lectin-like oxidized low density lipoprotein receptor-1(LOX-1) and N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP) levels in patients with acute decompensated heart failure(ADHF) before and after standardized treatment, and to analyze the correlation among HPSE, LOX-1 and NT-proBNP. Methods Fifty ADHF patients who were admitted to Department of Cardiology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology Baotou Medical College from May 2019 to December 2020 were selected. The levels of serum HPSE, LOX-1 and NT-proBNP were detected before and after standardized treatment, and the correlation among HPSE, LOX-1 and NT-proBNP was explored by Pearson correlation analysis or Spearman correlation analysis. Results Compared with those before treatment, the levels of serum NT-proBNP, HPSE and LOX-1 in the 50 ADHF patients were all decreased after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The results of Spearman correlation analysis showed that HPSE and LOX-1 levels were significantly positively correlated with NT-proBNP level(rs=0.839, P=0.000; rs=0.902, P=0.000). The results of Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a significantly positive correlation between HPSE and LOX-1 levels(r=0.761, P=0.000). Conclusion HPSE and LOX-1 may be involved in the occurrence and development of heart failure, and they have application prospects for evaluating the severity and prognosis of ADHF patients.
