| ［摘要］ 髋、膝关节置换术是治疗终末期髋、膝关节疾病的有效方式。术后恶心呕吐是其术后常见的并发症，可明显降低术后患者的满意度和增加并发症发生的概率，延长患者住院时间。该文对髋、膝关节置换术后恶心呕吐的发生机制、影响因素、基础预防措施作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Total hip or knee arthroplasty is an effective way to treat end-stage hip or knee diseases. Postoperative nausea and vomiting(PONV) is one of the most common side effects after total hip or knee arthroplasty, and significantly reduces the postoperative satisfaction of the patients and increases the risk of complications, and caused the prolonged hospital stay of the patients. In this paper, we review the occurrence mechanism, influencing factors and basic preventive measures of nausea and vomiting after total hip or knee arthroplasty. |
