[摘要] 椎间盘退变(IDD)是多数脊柱退变性疾病共同的病理基础,是下腰痛最主要的致病因素。以间充质干细胞(MSCs)为基础的生物学修复为IDD的治疗提供了新思路。近年来临床应用MSCs治疗IDD取得了良好的疗效。该文就IDD干细胞生物学修复的临床研究现状、所面临的问题和挑战及潜在的突破点进行述评,为IDD干细胞生物学修复的临床研究提供参考。 |

[Abstract] Intervertebral disc degeneration(IDD) is considered as the common pathological basis of most spinal degenerative diseases and is a major pathogenic factor of low back pain. Mesenchymal stem cells(MSCs)-based biological repair provides a new idea for the treatment of IDD. In recent years, the clinical application of MSCs in the treatment of IDD has achieved good results in some extent. In this paper, the current status, problems, challenges and potential breakthrough points of the clinical research on biological repair of stem cells for IDD are reviewed, providing reference for the clinical research on biological repair of stem cells for IDD. |
