| ［摘要］ 囊性中性粒细胞性肉芽肿性乳腺炎（CNGM）是肉芽肿性乳腺炎（GM）中的一种特殊亚型，具有高度独特的组织学类型。该疾病的病理特征表现为化脓性脂肪肉芽肿，由中性粒细胞和上皮样组织细胞包绕形成中心脂质空泡，其中含有稀疏的革兰阳性细菌容易被遗漏或忽略。该文就克氏棒状杆菌与CNGM相关性的研究进展作一综述。 |

| ［Abstract］ Cystic neutrophilic granulomatous mastitis(CNGM) is a specific subtype of granulomatous mastitis(GM) with a highly distinctive histological type. CNGM is characterised pathologically by suppurative adipose granuloma surrounded by neutrophils and epithelioid histiocytes forming a central lipid vacuole containing sparse Gram-positive bacteria, and the Gram-positive bacteria can be easily missed or neglected. The research progress in the correlation between Corynebacterium kroppenstedtii and cystic neutrophilic granulomatous mastitis is reviewed in this paper. |
