摘要:
[摘要] 肽基脯氨酰顺反异构酶1(PIN1)在肝癌中异常表达,作为肿瘤催化分子在肝癌的增殖、侵袭、凋亡和血管生成等过程中发挥着重要作用。该文从PIN1的分子结构与功能、PIN1在肝癌中的表达及其在肝癌发生、发展中的作用等几方面进行综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Peptidyl-prolyl cis/trans isomerase never in mitosis A(NIMA)-interacting 1(PIN1) is abnormally expressed in hepatocellular carcinoma, and plays an important role in the proliferation, invasion, apoptosis and angiogenesis of hepatocellular carcinoma as a tumor catalytic molecule. This paper reviews the molecular structure and function of PIN1,the expression of PIN1 in hepatocellular carcinoma and its role in the occurrence and development of hepatocellular carcinoma.
