结核分枝杆菌感染中缺氧诱导因子-1α对巨噬细胞能量代谢的调控作用研究进展

摘要:
[摘要] 巨噬细胞作为机体免疫系统的重要组成部分,其通过能量代谢直接影响宿主体内清除结核分枝杆菌(Mtb)的能力。缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)通过影响巨噬细胞内的能量代谢途径来调控细胞对Mtb的免疫应答,在巨噬细胞抗结核免疫中起着重要作用。该文对Mtb感染中HIF-1α对巨噬细胞能量代谢的调控作用研究进展作一综述。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Macrophages, as an important component of the body′s immune system, directly affect the host′s ability to clear Mycobacterium tuberculosis(Mtb) through energy metabolism. Hypoxia-inducible factor-1α(HIF-1α) regulates the immune response to Mtb by influencing the energy metabolism pathway in macrophages, and plays an important role in the anti-tuberculosis immunity of macrophages. This paper reviews advances in the regulatory effect of HIF-1α on energy metabolism of macrophages during Mtb infection.
