[摘要] 目的 探讨高通量透析对维持性血液透析(MHD)患者钙磷代谢及甲状旁腺激素的影响。方法 选择2013-02~2014-12该院行MHD治疗的62例患者作为研究对象,将患者按随机数字表法分为高通量组32例和低通量组30例,分别给予高通量和低通量血液透析治疗,比较两组透析前及透析后1个月、6个月时血钙、血磷及甲状旁腺激素的水平变化。结果 与透析前相比较,透析后1个月和6个月时高通量组血磷、钙磷乘积、甲状旁腺激素水平均明显下降(P<0.05),而低通量组所有指标均未出现明显变化(P>0.05)。与低通量组比较,透析后1个月、6个月时高通量组血磷、钙磷乘积、甲状旁腺激素水平均明显较低(P<0.05)。结论 高通量血液透析能有效降低MHD患者甲状旁腺激素的水平及改善磷代谢紊乱。 |

[Abstract] Objective To investigate the effects of high-flux hemodialysis on calcium phosphorus metabolism and parathyroid hormone in patients with maintenance hemodialysis(MHD).Methods Sixty-two patients receiving MHD from February 2013 to December 2014 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The high-flux hemodialysis(HFHD) group(n=32) was treated with high-flux hemodialysis, and the low-flux hemodialysis(LFHG) group(n=30) was treated with conventional hemodialysis. The levels of serum calcium, serum phosphorus and parathyroid hormone were compared between the two groups before and 1, 6 months after hemodialysis.Results Compared with those before hemodialysis, the levels of serum phosphorus, calcium-phosphorus product and parathyroid hormone in the HFHD group were significantly decreased 1, 6 months after hemodialysis(P<0.05), however there were no significant differences in the above indicators(P>0.05). Compared with the LFHD group, the levels of serum phosphorus, calcium-phosphorus and parathyroid hormone in the HFHD group were significantly decreased 1, 6 months after hemodialysis(P<0.05).Conclusion High-flux hemodialysis can effectively reduce the levels of serum parathyroid hormone and improve phosphorus metabolism in MHD patients. |
