|［摘要］ 目的 探讨原发性急性闭角型青光眼急性发作后行复合式小梁切除术后中央角膜厚度（CCT）及眼压（IOP）的变化。方法 选择原发性闭角型青光眼单眼急性大发作的患者48例，以发作眼（48眼）为观察组，对侧未发作眼（48眼）为对照组，观察组接受复合式小梁切除术，用重复测量方差分析方法比较两组术前及术后1周、4周、3月、6月CCT及IOP的变化情况。结果 术前及术后1周，观察组CCT较对照组厚（P均<0.05）。术后4周、3个月及6个月，观察组与对照组CCT差异无统计学意义。术前、术后1周及4周，观察组IOP较对照组高（P均<0.05）。术后3个月及6个月，观察组与对照组IOP比较差异无统计学意义。结论 原发性闭角型青光眼急性发作经复合式小梁切除术治疗后经过一定的恢复期，CCT及IOP能恢复至正常。

|Changes of central corneal thickness in the primary acute angle-closure glaucoma after combined trabeculectomy

|［Abstract］ Objective To explore the changes of central corneal thickness(CCT) and intraocular pressure(IOP) in the primary acute angle-closure glaucoma after combined trabeculectomy.Methods 48 patients who had been attacked by primary acute angle-closure glaucoma with only one eye attacked were collected as the research subjects.The attacked eyes were taken as the observation group, and the normal eyes as the control group. The observation group received a combined trabeculectomy. The changes of CCT and IOP were compared with the method of repetitive measure data analysis of variance between the two groups before the operation and 1 week, 4 weeks, 3 months and 6 months after the operation.Results The CCT of the observation group was thicker than that of the control group before the operation and 1 week after the operation(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in the levels of CCT between the two groups 4 weeks after the operation or longer. The IOP of the observation group was higher than that of the control group before the operation and 1 and 4 weeks after the operation(P<0.05), however there were no significant differences in the levels of IOP between the two groups 3 and 6 months after the operation.Conclusion The patients who have been attacked by the primary acute angle-closure glaucoma may recover to the normal levels of CCT and IOP after the compound trabeculectomy.
