| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨一次性切口牵开固定器在开放甲状腺手术中的临床应用效果。方法 回顾性分析206例开放甲状腺手术患者资料，其中术中使用一次性切口牵开固定器82例（实验组），未使用124例(对照组)，对比两组参加手术的医师人数、手术时间、术中出血量及术后出血再手术例数。结果 两组患者在参加手术人数、手术时间和术中出血量等方面差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；在术后引流量及术后出血再手术方面差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 一次性切口牵开固定器在开放甲状腺手术中可减少手术医师人数，缩短手术时间，减少术中出血量，值得临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To explore the clinical effect of disposable incision retractor fixator on open thyroid surgery.Methods The clinical data of 206 patients who were performed open thyroid surgery were retrospectively analyzed, of whom, disposable incision retractor fixator was used in 82 cases, and was not used in the other 124 cases. The number of the patients who received the operation, the time of operation, the amount of blood during the operation and the postoperative bleeding were compared between the two groups.Results There were significant differences in the number of the patients who received the operation, the time of operation and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups(P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the postoperative drainage volume and postoperative bleeding(P>0.05).Conclusion Application of disposable incision retractor fixator can reduce the patients receiving the operation, shorten the operation time and reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss in open thyroid surgery. |
