| ［摘要］ 目的 观察兰索拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法 选取该2014-01～2015-12院收治的功能性消化不良患者120例，根据随机原则分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。对照组给予兰索拉唑治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗，比较两组临床疗效以及不良反应情况。结果 观察组显效53例，好转6例，无效1例。对照组显效42例，好转13例，无效5例。观察组疗效优于对照组（P<0.05）。观察组治疗期间药物不良反应发生率低于对照组，但差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组治疗后消化不良问卷调查评分及焦虑量表评分均较治疗前降低，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05），且观察组降低更明显，与对照组相比差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 兰索拉唑联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗功能性消化不良具有较好的临床治疗效果，不良反应发生率低，值得在临床推广应用。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and adverse reaction of lansoprazole combined with flupenthixol melitracen in treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods 120 cases with functional dyspepsia in our hospital were divided into the control group(n=60) and the observation group(n=60) by the random number table method. The control group was given lansoprazole for treatment, while the observation group received lansoprazole combined with flupenthixol melitrace. The clinical efficacy and adverse reations were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment, the clinical effect of the observation group was markedly effective in 53 cases, effective in 6 cases and ineffective in 1 case, and that of the control group was markedly in 42 cases, effective in 13 cases and ineffective in 5 cases. The clinical effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05). The scores of functional dyspepsia questionnaire and Hamilton anxiety scale after treatment were lower than those before treatment in both of the two groups(P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of functional dyspepsia questionnaire and Hamilton anxiety scale in the observation group were signigicantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Lansoprazole combined with flupenthixol melitracen has better clinical effect and less adverse reactions in treatment of functional dyspepsia. |
