| ［Abstract］ At present, bone transplantation is an important method for treatment of various causes of bone defects. How to accelerate bone healing and reduce complications remains a thorny problem, also an urgent and unresolved issue. The clinical application of autogenous bone graft and bone allograft, and the research progress of autogenous bone graft combined with allogeneic bone transplantation are reviewed in this paper, and the advantages and the feasibility of the combined bone graft are expounded. |
