| ［摘要］ 目的 分析固定矫治技术固定外伤松动恒前牙的临床疗效。方法 回顾性分析该院2015-01～2016-12收治的76例恒前牙外伤患者的临床资料，按照治疗方式将其分为观察组和对照组各38例。观察组采用固定矫治技术固定外伤松动恒前牙；对照组采用牙弓夹板固定术固定外伤松动恒前牙。比较两组的临床疗效。结果 两组治疗后松动度下降值差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。两组治疗前的菌斑指数（PLI）和牙龈指数（GI）差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；治疗后观察组PLI和GI均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。对照组治疗后GI高于治疗前，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；观察组治疗前后的牙周指数差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）。结论 采用固定矫治技术固定外伤松动恒前牙对牙周影响不明显，清洁度高，具有良好的临床疗效。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To analyze the clinical effect of fixed orthodontic technique on the fixation of traumatic permanent teeth.Methods 76 cases with permanent anterior teeth trauma admitted and treated in our department in last two years were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into the control group and the observation group in accordance with the different treatment methods, with 38 cases in each group. The observation group received the fixed orthodontic technique of fixing trauma for the loose permanent anterior teeth. The control group received the flat steel wire resin splint for the loose permanent anterior teeth trauma. The clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in the decline of tooth mobility degree between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05). There were no significant differences in dental plague index(PLI) and gingival index(GI) between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, the PLI and GI in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. In the control group, the GI was significantly higher after treatment（P<0.05）. There was no significant difference in periodontal index in the observation group before and after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The flat steel wire resin splint fixation of traumatic loose permanent anterior teeth has no obvious effect on periodontal index, but has high cleanliness and good clinical curative effect. |
