| ［摘要］ 目的 探讨系统性硬化症（SSc）肺部高分辨率CT（HRCT）影像学特征。方法 回顾性分析2013-02～2017-04该院临床确诊15例SSc肺部HRCT影像学表现。结果 15例SSc患者肺部正常4例，表现以两肺外围分布为主的间质性纤维化11例。HRCT主要表现支气管血管束扭曲变形、小叶间隔增厚，可见条索状影、胸膜下线及弧形线9例，呈网格状改变7例。沿支气管血管束及小叶间隔分布小结节状影，胸膜下见小结节影10例。单纯以磨玻璃样改变5例，轻度胸膜增厚或少量胸腔积液9例。小片状实变影及蜂窝肺4例。结论 HRCT显示SSc的间质性细微病变，在SSc的诊断和随访治疗中具有重要价值。 |

| ［Abstract］ Objective To study the imaging manifestations of high resolution CT(HRCT) in patients with systemic sclerosis（SSc）.Methods The imaging manifestations of HRCT in 15 patients with clinically diagnosed SSc were analyzed retrospectively.Results The lungs were normal in 4 cases and had interstitial fibrosis with peripheral distribution in 11 cases. HRCT was mainly manifested in distortions of the bronchovascular bundles and the thickening of the interlobular septum, strips, inferior pleural lines and the curved lines in 9 cases, and in a grid change in 7 cases. Small nodules were distributed along the bronchial vascular bundles and lobular septum, and small nodules under the pleura in 10 cases. Simple grinding glass change was found in 5 cases. Mild pleural thickening or a small amount of pleural effusion was found in 9 cases. Small flaky solid and honeycomb lungs were found in 4 cases.Conclusion HRCT shows the minute structure changes of interstitial lung disease in SSc, which is of great value in the diagnosis and follow-up treatment for SSc. |
