摘要:
[摘要] 目的 总结临床药师在脑肿瘤术后颅内感染患者抗感染治疗实践体会。方法 临床药师全程参与1例神经外科脑肿瘤术后发生颅内感染患者的治疗,密切关注患者病情动态,与医师探讨调整抗感染药物治疗方案,开展血药浓度监测,评估疗效及关注药物不良反应。结果 经临床药师和临床医师协助治疗,通过血药谷浓度监测调整万古霉素剂量,做到个体化给药,患者颅内感染得到治愈,随访半年恢复良好。药师和医师从中都获得了颅脑手术后抗感染的相关经验。结论 临床药师全程参与患者药物治疗,为患者提供个体化药学监护,能提高医疗服务质量,实现临床药学的实时监督。

Abstract:
[Abstract] Objective To summarize the practice of clinical pharmacists participating in anti-infective treatment of intracranial infection after operation. Methods The clinical pharmacists participated in all aspects of the anti-infective treatment of intracranial infection after neurosurgery operation in 1 case with cerebral tumor. The clinical pharmacists observed the patient′s condition carefully, discussed the therapeutic schemes with doctors, monitored the blood concentrations, evaluated the curative effects and closely observed the adverse reactions. Results The patient was followed up for 6 months and his infection was eradicated and he had a good recovery after individualised drug administration was given and the blood trough concentration of Vancomycin was monitored. The pharmacists and doctors acquired the relevant experience of anti-infective treatment of intracranial infection after operation. Conclusion The pharmacists can not only provide pharmaceutical care, but also improve the service of the medical team by participating in all aspects of the medication and offering the individualised drug administration.
